Role & responsibilities Perform PM sampling, testing, and documentation. Ensure all-time readiness of documentation for in-house and various audits, including ISO, IMS, and FSSAI audits. Conduct vendor audits for new vendor onboarding and periodic audits for existing vendors as per the calendar. Maintain Vendor Quality Index (VQI) for every vendor on a monthly basis. Create inspection plans for new materials on SAP ECC module. Conduct line trials and maintain LT (Line Trial) reports. Verify monthly calibration of pm testing equipment and maintain related data. Coordinate with the R&D, CQA, Buying team and production teams to resolve quality issues. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits. Oversee the resolution of major quality issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and oversee training programs for staff on quality assurance standards and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems, recommending improvements where necessary. Collaborate with suppliers to enhance the quality of materials and components.
