Job Description

Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in line with applicable ISO or industry standards.

Ensure quality documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms) is current, accurate, and effectively controlled.

Lead internal audits, management reviews, and risk assessments to ensure QMS effectiveness

Prepare for and manage external audits (e g, ISO, customer, or regulatory audits).

Ensure timely closure of nonconformities and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Train employees on QMS requirements, policies, and procedures

Report on QMS performance and improvement initiatives to top management.

Communicate quality objectives and performance metrics across departments.
