Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Job description:
· Lead, direct and manage quality assurance department.
· Ensure quality assurance standards in all products.
· Monitor production methods, product safety, product quality and risk management.
· Ensure quality in a product beginning with raw material, processes and up to the finished product.
· Ensure quality in packaging, storage and shipping.
· Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures in maintaining and assuring quality.
· Apply quality tools, methodologies and procedures in ensuring quality services to customers.
· Research, study, evaluate and implement quality assurance practices in compliance to company's best practices.
· Monitor HACCP, Critical Control Points.
· Preparing new recipes, SOPs and implementing the same.
· Inventory Control.
· Sanitation inspection of all food production and equipment areas.
· SOPs and policies preparation for new products.
· Conducting internal audits to verify the effectiveness of FSMS and documenting the same.
· Identifying the root cause analysis of the complaints.
· Conducting various training programmers on GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Goods Handling & Hygienic Practices), HACCP, Quality, 5S, SPC Techniques etc.
· To do outside laboratory analysis for RM and Cookies on planned intervals (Heavy Metals, Pesticide Residues and microbiological parameters etc.).
· Take appropriate corrective remedial measures in ensuring quality in products.
· Develop new recipes; tests batches in co-operation with production supervisors / R & D Team.
· Participate in 3rd party safety audits.
· To do nutritional analysis for all varieties and providing the details for labeling requirements.
· Conducting audit at vendor places and our shops on planned intervals.
· Train the outlets employees on QA Activities.
· Ensure feedback from customers on quality assurance of products or services
Required Candidate profile
· Only Male candidate preferred.
· Good Communication skills and high levels of confidence.
· Good leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills.
· Should be hospitable with service orientation.
· Analytical capabilities.
· Exposure to the food industry.
· Should be able to lead by example.
· Aptitude towards marketing required.
· Should be a team player since the position requires to co-ordinate with all departments within the company.
