3D Designer

As a Retail Outlet & Packaging Senior Designer & 3D Designer at Cookie Man India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through impactful retail spaces and standout packaging. Your role will involve designing functional and visually appealing kiosks and retail outlets across India, creating detailed architectural layouts and 3D models, developing immersive design concepts aligning with brand guidelines, and designing packaging for mono cartons, gift boxes, tins, and other formats. You will collaborate with various teams and vendors for seamless execution, produce high-quality visuals and walkthroughs, and create digital design assets and edit videos using relevant software tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design functional and visually appealing kiosks and retail outlets across India - Create detailed architectural layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3ds Max - Develop immersive design concepts aligning with brand guidelines - Design packaging for various formats ensuring print-ready and meeting production specifications - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and vendors for seamless execution - Produce high-quality visuals and walkthroughs for presentations - Create digital design assets and edit videos using Adobe software tools Qualifications Required: - Expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, Substance Painter - Strong understanding of spatial design, branding, and visual storytelling - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred - A strong portfolio showcasing kiosk/outlet design and packaging work In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the physical and visual identity of an iconic brand, take end-to-end ownership of high-impact design projects, and work in a creative, collaborative, and fast-growing environment.
