3D Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating 3D models, textures, lighting, and realistic renderings of residential buildings using advanced 3D modeling and visualization software. You will translate architectural drawings, concepts, and sketches into photo-realistic 3D visuals. Additionally, you will understand project requirements and conceptualize creative and innovative design ideas, working closely with architects, designers, and project managers to bring design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients to discuss project details, requirements, timelines, and feedback. - Develop 3D walkthroughs, flythroughs, and virtual tours for presentations. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visualizations that align with project deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization and design software. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Contribute creative inputs for design improvements, materials, finishes, and overall aesthetics. - Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure consistency of style, quality, and branding across projects. Qualifications Required: - Passionate 3D Designer with a proven ability in architectural designing. - Good analytical and logic building skills. - Expert level knowledge of 3D design, AutoCAD 3D, 3Ds Max, and SketchUp.
