Also evaluate our standing vis--vis our competitors. 8. Analyze the internal and external customer expectations. 9. Develop ways for brand value propositions. 10. Communicate and liaison with the internal and external customers and engage with them to know their needs, satisfaction with our products and services and expectations. 11.
