1. Review the compliance documents of Export orders and track the details
2. Receiving orders from the Customers and moving the job for further process in coordination with Planning.
3. Discussing the schedules and communicating the same to the concerned KAMs/Customers/Branches
4. Escalate the orders to operation team for timely delivery and send the MIS on the process/dispatch to Branches/Customers.
5. Preparing the invoice of the completed job and ensure dispatch of the invoice & receipt of the same from the Customer/Branches
6. Proactively conduct account reviews and meet the targets assigned.
7. Develop relationships and gain clients trust
8. Handling customer complaints with the help of Production team and answer questions/technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Manage all aspects of the customer interface to ensure that communication is open and effective
Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and provide necessary inputs/data for the preparation of inter departmental MIS reports.
