We are Hiring for Store Manager For Bengaluru. Chennai, Vijayawada, Kerala, Trichy, Salem, Pondicherry, Mysuru, Mangalore Location

Role Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager with a strong background in automobile spare parts sales. This is a dual role involving store management and field sales. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through market visits and relationship-building, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, P&L ownership, procurement, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Field Visits:

    Drive sales and take ownership of store-level targets. Be actively present in the market to acquire new customers, strengthen relationships, and generate business.
  • Store Operations:

    Manage smooth daily functioning of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Team Management:

    Lead and guide a 6-member team, setting clear targets and motivating them to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management:

    Handle local buying of spare parts. Build vendor relationships to secure the right products at the right price and time.
  • Inventory Control:

    Maintain optimal stock levels, ensure proper stock movement, verification, and system accuracy.
  • Collections:

    Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the Credit Control team to ensure timely collections.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    Resolve customer concerns quickly and support repeat business.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Credit Control teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting & Compliance:

    Track sales, expenses, inventory, and prepare timely reports for management. Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years in automobile spare parts sales with a strong understanding of 4-wheeler products, customer needs, and sales execution.
  • Proven progression into store or branch management with exposure to P&L, procurement, and inventory.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Target-driven with field sales experience.
  • Solid knowledge of spare parts, vehicle segments, and local market dynamics.
  • Proficient in stock, billing, and store management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Attitude:

  • Hands-on, field-ready, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable working across teams in a dynamic setup.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Candidates with strong industry experience in automobile spare parts sales will also be considered.
