You will be responsible for the overall management of subsea control systems for all Reliance Subsea control units within Offshore platforms, including equipment and Integrated control system interfaces that exist at the onshore terminal, CRP, FPSO, and shore base. You must be conversant with subsea activities and provide a technical focal point for the subsea contractor, suppliers/vendors, and other internal department(s). Your main accountabilities will include monitoring and controlling the subsea control system (SCS) equipment and interfaces located in Reliance KG and MA field. You will guide control system engineers in respective places through validated Control System access certificates and maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth running of the equipment. You will be accountable for implementing preventive maintenance tasks, managing maintenance schedules of subsea control equipment, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks. Additionally, you will manage, review, and validate Root-cause analysis and Management of Change (MOC) processes. Your role will involve supporting the operation team in day-to-day operations, liaising with the offshore group for finalizing subsea control system related activities, verifying and validating control system-related intervention procedures and risk assessments, and maintaining critical spares required for normal operations. You will also be responsible for liaising with subsea O&M contractors, third-party control equipment vendors, and supporting workover of wells as identified by the Reservoir Management Group (RMG). Furthermore, you will support project groups in the development of Brown Field projects, implement cost optimization initiatives, and ensure training, competency development, and succession planning of the subsea control team. The role is considered a mentor role, and you are expected to ensure knowledge transfer to less experienced staff through hands-on guidance, detailed explanation of theory of operation, and documentation development. You must maintain zero unsafe incidents during the execution of jobs, participate in One Reliance HSE MS sub-committee activities, and implement Operating Management System (OMS) principles and guidelines as directed by management.
