Sr. Engineer Planning & Coordination - Diversity Hiring

As a Plant Maintenance Planning Support, your main responsibility is to ensure smooth and efficient operations by providing comprehensive support for Plant Maintenance (PM) planning services. Your role involves identifying and codifying spares and services related to CES, as well as overseeing the procurement of critical spares and services. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Site Central EAM Master Data Guardian to maintain accurate and updated master data. - Perform the Power User role for SAP Equipment Master and PM modules to enable efficient digital operations at the site. - Drive the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) processes, along with annual and multi-year maintenance planning. - Generate service codes for newly introduced services to support maintenance and operations. - Certify spares through proper codification and extension, especially for fabrication, inspection, and condition monitoring activities. - Develop and localize vendors for indigenization of spares and consumables to promote cost optimization and supply chain efficiency. - Identify spares and hardware required for CES-related jobs, create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for spares and services in fabrication, C&I, and condition monitoring. - Prepare MIS reports and regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) for CES. - Lead the coordination and compilation of the Annual Planning and Budgeting process for CES. - Ensure the selection of materials and spares aligns with relevant technical specifications and standards. Skills Required: - Proficiency in SAP PM module and report generation. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Sound knowledge of material specifications and applicable standards. - Familiarity with fabrication and condition monitoring activities.
