Job Summary

Title: Motion Graphics Artist & Animator (Commission-Based)

Compensation Model: Gig Worker / High Commission (30% - 50% of service charges billed)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Hybrid Model Available)

Key Responsibilities

Animation Production: Design and execute high-quality 2D and 2.5D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and explainer video segments using Adobe After Effects .
Software Mastery: Utilize Adobe After Effects to its fullest potential and integrate seamlessly with Adobe Premiere Pro .
Post-Production & Finalizing: Ensure all videos include synchronized sound effects, music, and clean audio mixing.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with operations and design teams to understand storyboards and client objectives.
Efficiency & Delivery: Manage production timelines to ensure rapid turnaround, particularly for social media video formats.
Communication: Effectively receive and process creative briefs and revision requests in fluent Malayalam and English .

Mandatory Requirements

Portfolio: A robust, professional portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics projects.
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator , and Adobe Premiere Pro .
Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of animation principles, visual timing, and video codecs/export settings.
Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Malayalam and English is essential.
Mindset: Highly motivated by a performance-based, commission structure and dedicated to rapid, high-quality creative delivery.

Advantageous Skills

Generative AI Experience: Experience using Generative AI Video tools (like Runway Gen-2 or Pika Labs ) for rapid prototyping, background generation, or incorporating AI-generated footage into final compositions.
Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
