Ensure adherence of Body measurement schedule as per Plan, Conduct dimensional audits for in-house processes. Having a good experience in Gap & Flushness problem resolution. Dimensional Problem-Solving ability for Body Shop and Assembly Shop He must have PIST improvement experience and hands on knowledge on both FARO and CMM. Should be familiar with CMM Software such as Rational DMIS, Polyworks and CAM 2 or Other if any. Should be able to operate Horizontal arm CMM & FARO arm, and Measurement skills on checking fixtures and Welding fixtures. Should have root cause analysis skills, co-relate dimensional issues, Validate and monitor the countermeasure actions in Welding fixtures and Part level. Provide necessary training and guidance to team members for development of CNC program in CMM for measurement of car body and assembly parts. Coordinate with all Shops for tools/instruments calibration and send to suppliers and closing them end to end after validating all necessary Invoices/certificates and maintaining the records. Supervising body dimensions are in line with defined requirements / as per quality plan thru various detection strategy and inspection methodology. Supervising routine production quality thru feedback, feed forward, reaction plan, CAPA and dynamic check points Should have involved in CMM & Body Shop Operation Should have involved in Tools and Instruments Calibration.
