Junior R&D Engineer

As a Junior R&D Engineer at Radici Plastics India Pvt Ltd, your role is crucial in supporting product development activities to establish Radici as one of the most innovative brands in the market. You will be responsible for managing pilot line extrusion at the Halol Plant and reporting directly to the R&D Engineer. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct trials, sample preparation, and required development tasks. - Complete New Product Development (NPD) Projects as per the agreed timeline. - Execute the assigned developmental experimental plan and issue Raw Material (RM) in SAP required for trials and sample preparation. - Coordinate and conduct trials on the R&D pilot line with operator support. - Perform injection molding, lab testing, and provide results of trial runs within agreed timelines. - Ensure proper documentation including work order generation, extrusion process parameters, QC Control Plan, and FG upload in SAP. - Work on key strategic internal projects based on R&D and Supply Chain input. - Deliver desired results, suggest improvements, and execute planned FG/SFG production in the pilot line as production support. - Produce small quantity FG and SFG production lots and ensure due documentation. **Technical Requirements:** - Possess knowledge of Polymer Materials. - Experience in polymer compounding, extrusion, and injection molding. - Ability in color development. - Strong analytical approach. - Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills. **Job Requirements:** - Graduation in Science/Diploma in Polymer/CIPET. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience. - Demonstrated achievement orientation, communication, planning, execution, and interface skills.
