Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technician - Field Operations at Minimax Fire Division of Gunnebo India Private Limited located in Thane. The Senior Technician will be responsible for field operations, troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintenance and managing installations of Minimax Products and Systems. Responsibilities · Install, commission, and test products and systems as per installation and operation manuals. · Responds to service requests and product complaints. · Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans. · Train customers about the product and system operation. · Expertise in tools and equipment handling and use. · Service report preparation after every site visit. · Follow company policies and procedures. · Adherent to safety regulations and industry standards · Assist and support regional teams is service, AMC and complaint related issues. Requirements and skills Experience : · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service & technical Support · Proven experience in repair, installation, and preventive maintenance Technical Skills · Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, wiring, and control panels · Ability to read technical drawings, and wiring diagrams · Proficient in using testing tools with understanding of fire detection & suppression systems Functional Skills: · Excellent communication and coordination skills (verbal and written) · Proficient in MS Office, Service CRM application · Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word or mobile service apps · Physically fit to handle equipment and on-site service conditions · Ability to document service activities properly Behavioral Skills: · Customer-oriented approach · Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines · High on customer relationship management, co-operative, disciplined, self- driven. Qualification : · GOVT. Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related trade. · A bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field will be considered
