Minimum of 4 years of experience in pipe support engineering, preferably in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries. Proficiency in pipe stress analysis software (e.g., CAESAR II, Auto PIPE). Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and construction methods related to pipe supports. Process Cost Reduction Reduce indirect consumable material wastage by finding alternate low-cost material like cutting inserts, cutting oil, or with increased life Find and propose alternate process with lower process cost 15. Review process Document Review process documents like PFC. Control Plan, PFMEA, IPO updated by following PCRN process Keep backup like process qualification reports, process capability reports etc. with approved document.
