Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator/Production Technician at the Leading Engineering Company, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced operator, you will undergo training at the Palghar, Maharashtra factory before transitioning to the Halol plant. Rest assured, lodging and meals will be provided during the training period. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating and monitoring machines used in copper processing, such as wire drawing, annealing, and extrusion. - Conducting checks on processed copper products to ensure adherence to electrical industry standards. - Managing raw copper materials, ensuring proper feeding into machines to maintain production efficiency. - Performing routine inspections and maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime. - Adhering to workplace safety protocols, particularly those related to electrical hazards and machinery operation. - Working with the manufacturing team to improve operational efficiency and meet output targets. - Maintaining production logs and reporting machine issues to supervisors promptly. In terms of qualifications, we require: - ITI Certification in any specialization If you are a fresher or have 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setup, you are preferred for this role. The offered CTC ranges from 1.5 LPA to 1.8 LPA. The job is located in Halol, Gujarat, in the industry of Electrical Components Manufacturing with a functional area of Production and Manufacturing.
