Hot Mill Furnace Operator Heat Treatment and Re- Heating Process Knowledge needed

Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in pickling operation or related field (e.g., annealing). Strong understanding of degreasing processes and techniques. Familiarity with coating application methods and washing procedures.

Role & responsibilities Operating and monitoring heat treatment furnaces and related equipment to alter the physical and mechanical properties of the metal components in accordance with production requirements and quality standard. Operate and monitor heat treatment furnaces, ovens and quenching system, load and unload parts into fixtures and furnaces according process specification. Preferred candidate profile Candidate having 1 to 2 years of experience in handling heat treatment operations. Education No bar.

Should have good knowledge of Quality systems, ISO, IATF Should be a self-starter and should be able to lead the unit without much support Should have the capability to run and take forward a 200 Cr company Should be able to look after the domestic and export market 80 and 20% respectively The company is one of the five major players in the world in its operational domain.
