Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc (Science) degree from a recognized university with 1-4 years of experience in lab technician role or related field. Strong knowledge of lab management principles, PCR techniques (RT-PCR), microbiology concepts, and quality control measures (NABL). Proficiency in handling various types of laboratory instruments such as autoclave sterilizers etc.
