Warehouse and Logistics Executive

As the ultimate logistics guru, you will be responsible for managing orders, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining warehouses efficiently. Your Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth deliveries and successful onboarding of new partners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end B2C and B2B order processes, providing regular updates to customers, and managing B2B documentation. - Tracking and reviewing Warehouse & Delivery Partners" performance against SLAs, sharing projections, and suggesting improvements. - Resolving order discrepancies, handling returns per company policies, and implementing measures to minimize future issues. - Maintaining and analyzing performance metrics such as Fill Rate, Turn-around Time, Cost, Discrepancies, and Inward performance. - Ensuring adherence to warehouse SOPs, guiding staff, conducting audits, and continuously improving processes based on feedback. - Identifying, onboarding, and tracking new logistics partners to optimize delivery performance.
