IT Executive

As an IT WMS Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance for the warehouse management system (WMS) utilized by the company. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, offer effective solutions, and ensure the smooth functionality of the system. Your role will involve delivering first and second-line support to WMS users, swiftly identifying and resolving technical issues. Monitoring the WMS system for errors, bugs, or other issues, and collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to maintain and enhance the system will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for all WMS-related queries, conduct training sessions for new users, and actively participate in testing and implementing new system features.
