Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in civil construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing client and subcontractor bills, ensuring timely certification of payments, and maintaining accurate project billing documentation.
