Desired Candidate Profile: Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA (HR) / MSW from a reputed institution. 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Plant HR leadership role. Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and IR best practices. Proven experience in managing blue-collar workforce and unions (where applicable). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
