We are looking for Accountabilities : o Store Management, o Monitoring of Store activities to ensure availability of quality approved spares, consumables and commodi­ties. o Innovate & implement good and adequate inventory management practices to achieve cost effectiveness. o Codify all items of store including accessories and spares. o Handle all items in stores properly and keep records of all items. o Issue all items with proper documentation and update all stocks and issue of material as per requisition received from sections. o To make available the items required by user departments. o Return all rejected material to suppliers through Quality. o Timely Disposal of scrap and other items. o Co-ordinate with purchase and all other user departments for proper flow of material. o Plan and maintain proper storage to prevent damage and deterioration, check receipts for right quality and quanti­ty. o Plan and maintain storage of materials/products segregating Conforming/ non-conforming products. o To stock the required items of the user departments proper­ly. o Follow up of returnable challan items. o Stock taking- Periodical physical verification of stores. o ERP operation o Export Billing, o E-way billing, o E-Invoicing, o All types of dispatches o Action on EPM Work o Stores function and inventory control in a mechanical Industry Required Qualifications and Experience Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of relevant industrial experience in Stores function. Key Responsibilities: To ensure Customer Complaint Reduction To ensure Daily MRN Clearance & Material Flow To meet Pre-Dispatch Inspection Timelines Vendor Development & Quality Improvement To provide technical training. To ensure System & Audit Compliance To ensure that all the required inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with the laid down procedures and techniques. To ensure that quality assurance personnel take necessary samples that they require using the correct sampling pro­cedures. To ensure that test methods are strictly adhered to and test reports are made. To identify and organize calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment of laboratory only to maintain their continued suitability. To carry out in-coming, in-process and final inspection of material. To take the decision on rejected material as soon as possible in concern with purchase department / production. To identify, develop and apply SQC techniques for control­ling the quality of product. To frame quality plan and sampling plan. Interaction with suppliers with respect to components quality in coordination with purchase Technical assistance and technical control of suppliers. Proper handling of critical components. Responsible for necessary interactions with authorities. Required Qualifications and Experience B. Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) with 10 to 12 years of relevant industrial experience in core Quality function. Compensation :- Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and professional background.
