About Company We are a 40 year old leading manufacturer of sophisticated packaging machines for FMCG industry. Our customers are spread over thirty Countries. We have the state of art infrastructure equipped with all modern facilities and having workshop space of 75,000 sq. feet at three different locations. The group is DSIR (GOI) approved R&D House and credit rating that indicates high-performance capability and high financial strength. We are looking for a dynamic professional from HR background to join our Company. To handle the recruitment process starting from pre-screening, shortlisting, conducting interview and final selection. To prepare the job descriptions for all positions. To facilitate joining & induction of new joinees. To implement HR Policies. To conduct Performance Appraisals process. To conduct training programs as per plan and maintaining the training records Employee Engagement initiatives To support Reward & Recognition initiatives To handle HR Operations To ensure Statutory Compliance Time Office Management, preparing and filing of Statutory returns. To ensure workplace safety procedures and employee discipline. To maintain Employees Data in an effective and efficient manner. Administrative activities (Travel Plan, Tickets Booking, Event Management etc) Qualifications and Experience 1. MBA in Human Resources Management (Regular) from renowned institue. 2. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR function. 3. Good knowledge of English & Hindi (Spoken & Written) 4. Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point. Compensation:- Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and professional background.
