We are looking for a dynamic professional from Machine Assembly background to join our Company. Job Summary : The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the production processes involved in the fabrication of packaging machines. This role involves co-ordinating production schedules, timely delivery of machines, services, spares, ensuring quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and supervising a team of production & Service personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning 2. Team Management 3. Process Optimization 4. Equipment Maintenance 5. Cost Management 6. Production / Assembly flow process 7. Trial Runs with Product and Endurance Dry Run 8. Advance Planning and Information of Long Cycle Items to Purchase 9. Machine Packing & Dispatch 10. Machine Back Flushing 11. Communication 12. Compliance 13. Completion of Assigned Tasks by Seniors Incumbent would be responsible to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of packaging machines, contributing to the company's reputation and success in the market. Qualification & Experience : B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the field machine assembly.
