Required Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings and quantity calculations. Experience with Total Station for site measurements. Strong command of MS Excel for billing and reporting. Ability to handle mailing, documentation, and PDF drafting. Excellent communication and liaison skills for effective coordination with officers.
