Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Support
: Assist in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews; support onboarding and document verification under supervision.
HR Operations & Documentation
: Maintain employee data, HR files, and trackers; assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation); support payroll input compilation and attendance checks.
Employee Engagement Support
: Assist in induction planning and execution; handle basic employee queries and escalate as required.
HR MIS & Compliance
: Prepare and update HR dashboards and reports; learn compliance processes and assist in audit documentation.
Learning & Development
: Complete assigned training modules and gain hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions.

Preferred candidate profile

Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR operations.
Basic data management and reporting (MS Excel).
Familiarity with HRMS platforms and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
Ability to learn cement industry-specific HR requirements and terminology.

Supporting payroll processing, attendance tracking, and documentation
