Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

• Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.
• Conduct cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to initiate conversations and generate qualified meetings.
• Personalize messaging to suit specific industries, roles, and pain points.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meet quotas.

Pipeline & Collaboration

Head of Demand Gen

- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and conversations in CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho).

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Demand Generation teams to refine campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies.

Share real-time feedback and insights from prospects to help improve sales effectiveness.

Market Intelligence

Conduct market research to understand industry trends,

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).

3 to 5 years of experience in outbound lead generation / SDR / business development roles, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation domains.
