* Manage the team of 2 to 10 members.
* Take care of team's performance and development of team members.
* Build good relation with team members & help them to achieve their
target
* Motivate your team on daily bases & set sales target
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product
or service
* Answer questions about services of the company
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner
* Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
* Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
* Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Team handling or other
sales/customer service role
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and
telephone systems
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to
prospects
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and
address complaints
* Complete monthly sales Target.(individual &team target)
* Complete daily KRA
* Communication skills
