About The Role

Java Developer (Lead Level)

Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, oversee unit testing, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously optimize applications for better speed, performance, and scalability.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and support of production systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
• Proven ability in Microservices architecture design and development.
• Proficiency in RESTful API and web service development.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Java development with leadership responsibilities.
