About the Role

Java Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable code to develop functional web and Spring Boot applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
• Modernize and improve legacy applications using cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement and maintain GitLab pipelines.
• Gather and address technical and design requirements effectively.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and mentorship to internal teams.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify and implement new features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years

  of experience in Java Spring Boot application development.
• Proven hands-on experience in backend development using

  Java & Spring Boot Framework

  .
• Deep understanding of the full web development lifecycle (design, development, deployment).
• Strong experience in

  Java EE

  , object-oriented design, and common design patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of

  Relational Databases (Oracle)

  and

  ORM technologies

  (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Experience with

  Test-Driven Development (TDD)

  .
• Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
