Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure robust unit and integration testing.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in production and pre-production environments.
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and cloud deployments.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology roadmaps, and system design.
• Manage project timelines, estimates, and ensure successful delivery of features.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience in J

  ava 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework,

  and Hibernate/JPA.
• Solid understanding of

  Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

• Experience with Oracle , PLSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Good knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and build automation tools.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular/React) is a plus.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
