Exceptional communication skills. Maintain relationships with key project stakeholders IT and Business teams to understand application issues Resolve Incidents reported from application users as per SLA defined for various priorities P1/P2/P3/P4/P5

Work on Business Service Requests for changes needed Analyze requirements from Business on minor enhancements needed and propose solutions within the support scope Identify repetitive production issues and investigate for permanent resolutions.

Coordinate with the Development team on various project deployments and knowledge transitions.

Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings with Business and IT support teams. As a lead, coordinate with all team members offshore to resolve priority issues and avoid business impact.
