Description
🔹 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled OnBase Developer to design, develop, and implement OnBase Workflow and WorkView solutions while integrating them with internal and external IT systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business partners and Scrum teams to drive user adoption of ECM technologies, troubleshoot OnBase issues, and ensure seamless workflow automation. This role requires strong hands-on experience in OnBase WorkView, Workflow, API integrations, SQL, and .NET , along with a deep understanding of business process automation and ECM best practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and deploy OnBase Workflow and WorkView solutions to support business automation needs. ✔ Integrate OnBase with internal and external IT systems via Unity API, REST API, and other connectors . ✔ Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve OnBase software and infrastructure issues to maintain system stability. ✔ Collaborate with business partners and the Scrum team to gather requirements and build functional specifications. ✔ Plan, test, and implement software updates, configuration changes, and defect fixes . ✔ Enhance document management and workflow capabilities by integrating OnBase features such as: Workflow WorkView Document Composition Outlook Integration DRIP Reporting Dashboards Mailbox Importer ✔ Create technical documentation, test cases, and user guides to ensure process efficiency. ✔ Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of OnBase solutions . ✔ Work closely with IT management to identify software development and process improvement opportunities . ✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver value-driven solutions. 🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills: 🔹 Development experience with: OnBase WorkView & Workflow (EP1 or greater) Unity API & REST API CSS, SQL, JavaScript, C#/.NET 🔹 Strong expertise in OnBase ECM software, workflow automation, and API integration . 🔹 Experience in business process analysis, document management, and system integration . 🔹 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve software and infrastructure issues. 🔹 Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a Scrum/Agile environment . 🔹 Strong communication skills to interact with business partners and external stakeholders.
