Job Description

Veeva Application Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support, development, and enhancement services on Veeva platforms
  • Work with Veeva Vault applications including QMS, QDCOS, and RIMS
  • Ensure configurations and customizations align with

    GxP

    ,

    FDA

    , and

    GCP

    compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with QA, regulatory, and business teams to deliver validated Veeva solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as configuration logs, design specs, and architectural diagrams
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement scalable solutions following best practices
  • Participate in deployment and release activities in coordination with cross-functional teams


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in software application support or life sciences IT
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault products
  • Veeva certification (e.g., Vault Platform, QMS, RIMS) is

    mandatory

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (FDA, GxP, GCP)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work

    onsite 2 days/week

    in a hybrid setup
