Java Technical Lead

Job description

Bright Beam Solutions is looking for a Hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Full Stack Development (Java, Spring Boot, Angular). This is a hands-on coding role, where you will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications while leading a small team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and actively participate in coding.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using Angular.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
