As a Technical Lead at Bright Beam Solutions, your primary responsibility will be driving the development and integration of communication channels within our new CRM system. You will lead a team of developers to seamlessly integrate CRM with Five9 for CCaaS capabilities, enhance task management, communication tracking, and reporting functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of developers working on CRM and CCaaS integration. - Architect and integrate communication channels (email, phone, text) with stakeholders such as consumers, employers, providers, vendors, case managers, and parent/guardians. - Implement and optimize Five9 CCaaS integration with the CRM to enhance call center functionality, including tracking inbound and outbound communications. - Drive the design and development of robust task management, communication tracking, and reporting features with an improved user interface. - Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the system for both small teams and enterprise-level operations. - Work with Java (Spring Boot), Angular, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL to deliver high-quality solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams, to ensure smooth development and deployment. - Establish best practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and secure coding standards. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and guide the team in resolving complex challenges. Required Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular 18. - Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and project architecture. - Hands-on experience in CRM integrations and working with communication APIs (email, SMS, telephony). - Strong knowledge of Five9 CCaaS or similar cloud-based contact center solutions. - Expertise in RESTful API development and PostgreSQL databases. - Experience with authentication mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, and SSO integration. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
