Effective communication at all levels of the project organization, breaking down complex issues into actionable informationGood to Have:Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects and initiatives at onceJob responsibilitiesManage L2/L3 support projects end to end involving interactions with multiple distributed teams – including but not limited to:Timely delivery and qualityEnsure meeting project goals and SLAsIdentify & mitigate risks and issuesManage and quickly resolve any escalationsStakeholder management to ensure project successManage Project tools requirementContinuous improvement, knowledge management, etc.Team rosters and ensuring the team availabilityResource management including hiring and onboarding and coaching new hires and scrum teamsManaging multiple releases for different applications (currently known – 14)Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverablesEstablishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholdersCoordinating project meetings and decision-making processesExecuting the work, coordinating and supervising the project teamEnsure knowledge management (including appropriate documentation, knowledge sharing, etc)Analyze and effectively report on project metrics and SLAs (creation of dashboards, tracking system/process, training modules, etc)Develop and maintain tools, templates, guidelines, procedures, and processes for all teams to adhere to while training them on how to follow these Governance standardsWhat we offerCulture of caring.
