Role Overview

IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle IT Recruitment:

  Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across

  various technical domains

  .

• Client Relationship Management:

  Serve as a single point of contact for client hiring needs, ensuring

  exceptional service delivery

  .

• Stakeholder Management:

  Understand client requirements, execute sourcing strategies, and maintain

  strong client engagement

  .

• Sourcing Strategy & ATS Utilization:

  Leverage

  Ceipal ATS

  and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring and generate data-driven insights.

• Leadership & Volume Hiring:

  Drive both

  lateral and leadership hiring

  while managing high-volume recruitment projects.

• Individual Contributor & Team Collaboration:

  Balance

  independent execution

  with

  team coordination

  to optimize recruitment efficiency.

• Market & Industry Knowledge:

  Stay updated with the latest

  IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices

  .

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of IT recruitment experience

  , preferably in

  leadership hiring

  .

• Proficiency in ATS tools

  (Ceipal preferred) for tracking recruitment metrics.
• Strong

  stakeholder management skills

  and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Hands-on experience in

  sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and market research

  .

• Bachelors degree / MBA (HR preferred)

  with basic IT knowledge.
• Immediate joiners preferred!
