IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end IT recruitment process in Noida Sec-65 office. You will conduct both face-to-face and virtual interviews for various technical profiles, prepare job descriptions based on hiring requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for the interview process. Your role will involve evaluating applicant qualifications, recommending suitable candidates, and collaborating closely with department heads and supervisors to facilitate the hiring of new employees. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, possess good experience in recruiting, and have knowledge of MS Office. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday during morning shifts. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree, and the desired experience includes a total of 2 years with 2 years specifically in IT recruitment. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person at the Noida Sec-65 office.
