We’re hiring a hands-on IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our on-site team in Pune (Night Shift).

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all

  internal IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user issues.

• Manage

  onboarding and offboarding IT setups,

  including device configuration, access management, and

  Active Directory provisioning.

• Collaborate with PH and US IT teams to maintain

  standardized IT operations.

• Lead IT infrastructure setup for new office location

  , including:

• Internet lease line, VPN, and firewall configuration

• LAN/WAN network setup and troubleshooting

• Hardware/software installation for voice and non-voice operations

• Oversee

  IT asset tracking, software deployment, endpoint management, and IT compliance.

• Support IT requirements for

  developers, operations, and support teams.

• Ensure

  system security, network reliability, and data integrity

  at all times.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering

  (B.Tech preferred).

• 4–8 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure

  (preferably in BPO/RPO environments).
• Strong expertise in

  network setup (VPNs, lease lines, firewalls), Active Directory, and system configuration.

• Proven

  track record in setting up and managing office IT infrastructure from scratch.

• Hands-on

  experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Google Workspace, and endpoint management tools.

• Excellent

  troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven team player with the

  ability to take ownership and deliver results.

Nice to Have

• Relevant

  IT certifications

  such as

  CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

• Familiarity with network security, IT compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR), and IT service management (ITSM).
• Experience in

  LAN/WAN, server maintenance, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT asset lifecycle management.
