Position Summary:

We are looking for an awesome IT System Administrator for our Pune office in India. The selectedindividual will own our IT in India. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that's building a platformfor engineers like you to manage large private clouds. This role is crucial to the next phase of growth forthe company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Passionate for documentation and automation. We have a strong culture of replacing manualprocesses with repeatable automation● Broad understanding of and experience with managing corporate network and office setups andnetwork● Able to put in place IT best practices like procuring hardware and user provisioning/managementand configuration management● Experience with managing and optimizing office infrastructure spending and tracking OKRs orsimilar metrics.● Familiarity with configuration and management of Layer 2/Layer 3 physical networkinfrastructure● Practical experience in compliance business practices like PCI/SOC 2● Familiarity in network management, DNS management, switch configuration, VLAN, security andbest practices, VPN access, QoS, variety of protocols, internet connectivity, Office WiFimanagement● Familiar with Apple HW, setup and management.● A positive attitude (“Can do!”) and an ability to work with multiple competing demands on yourtime● End-to-end support our Pune office’s users community● Familiar with ticketing systems—JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence, and others.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

● 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT support engineer● Experience with Linux administration (CentOS and Ubuntu preferred)● Experience with Google Suite of tools, MS Office tools,● Comfortable with industry standard practices related to security● Experience with alerting systems, monitoring tools and performance metric-gathering tools● Knowledge of OpenStack, KVM, VMware or Docker are desirable
