We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Assistant who will manage desktop support, system maintenance, network troubleshooting, IT security practices, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in both hardware and software support and capable of handling IT operations in a corporate setup.
· Provide Level-1 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
· Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows & Linux) and required software.
· Troubleshoot email, Outlook, VPN login, network connectivity, and system performance issues.
· Set up new workstations with required software and access configurations.
· Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for procurement and installation of IT equipment.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
· Implement and monitor IT security policies, access control, and data protection.
· Perform regular system backups, antivirus management, patch updates & system optimization.
· Implement and maintain Azure security practices (encryption, policies, compliance).
· Understanding of security zones, segmentation & firewall configurations.
· Create secure firewall rules and monitor traffic for threats.
· VPN troubleshooting, SSL/TLS security implementation.
· Manage firewall patching, updates & backup procedures.
· Working knowledge of compliance standards: ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA.
· Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
· LAN/Wi-Fi configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
· Monitor and ensure stable network operations across departments.
· Apply OS updates and patches regularly.
· Conduct system performance checks and optimizations.
· Monitor server resources and maintain backup procedures.
· Working knowledge of Tally Prime Server maintenance.
· Conduct internal IT training to improve system usage and computer literacy.
· Research and recommend new technologies, hardware, or software to improve efficiency.
· Stay updated with industry trends, cyber threats, and emerging technologies.
· Participate in and manage IT-related projects — planning, implementation, and monitoring.
· Understanding of BPO calling process hardware & software implementation.
· Provide system readiness support for operations and calling environment.

· Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
· Min. 1–2 years of experience in IT support / desktop support / system administration
