Canus Tech is a fast-growing IT consulting and staffing firm serving clients across the US and Canada.We specialize in ERP, Cloud, Validation, Data, Automation, and Cybersecurity services for top-tier clients.We’re now expanding our Sales & Business Development team and seeking motivated freshers to help drive growth in the US IT market.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Learn & Support US IT Sales: Work with senior sales managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and vendors in the US market.
  • Lead Generation: Research companies, hiring trends, and key decision-makers (IT Managers, HR, Procurement) to build potential client lists.
  • Client Outreach: Send professional emails, make calls, and connect on LinkedIn to introduce Canus Tech’s services.
  • Follow-Up & Coordination: Schedule meetings, track leads, and maintain communication using CRM tools.
  • Proposal Support: Help prepare capability decks, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales data and assist with reporting and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT consulting, staffing, and digital transformation.

🎓 Who Can Apply

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interest in sales, client communication, or business development.
  • Good presentation, research, and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US EST hours) from our Hyderabad office.
  • Self-driven, confident, and eager to learn the US IT business process.
