Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer rollout).
Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using ATS or internal tools.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer terms with shortlisted candidates.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and maintain recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.)
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
