About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Gurgaon office.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier IT professionals across diverse technologies and seniority levels for both internal and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, knowledge of IT roles and technologies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End IT Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, evaluation, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, internal databases, and referral channels.

  • Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication skills, and cultural alignment.

  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and project teams.

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

  • Provide regular updates on hiring pipelines, candidate status, and market insights.

  • Maintain accurate records of hiring activity and candidate data in ATS/Excel/HRMS tools.

Market & Talent Intelligence

  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, emerging tech skills, and market availability.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for future roles.

  • Contribute to improving hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment within IT services, staffing, or consulting environments.

  • Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Project Management, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and technical hiring tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Skills & Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with hiring for domains like AI, Data Analytics, DevOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity.

• Strong understanding of technical keywords, job descriptions, and competitive market landscape.

• Ability to assess technical skills through resume evaluation and initial screening.
