Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for multiple technologies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for:

MERN Stack
MEAN Stack
ASP.NET Developers
Node.js Developers

Manage
bulk hiring
and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate technical understanding and communication skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Work on multiple portals: Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
Ensure timely closures—
Immediate joiners preferred

Candidate Requirements:

1–3 years
of experience in IT hiring.
Strong technical understanding of MERN, MEAN, ASP.NET, Node.js.
Experience in
bulk hiring
is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple requirements at once.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Should be target-oriented and self-driven.
