Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior and mid-level roles.
Experience in
C2C hiring
,
C2H hiring
, and full-time recruitment.
Source and screen candidates using
LinkedIn, Naukri
, and other job portals.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain candidate pipelines.
Identify and engage
keen, proactive, and qualified candidates
.
Maintain daily/weekly tracker reports and support quick closures.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Required Skills

Basic to intermediate understanding of
IT skills and technologies
(Java, QA, Cloud, etc.).
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Recruiter
,
Naukri
, and sourcing techniques.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
