IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee technology operations, manage IT systems, and ensure the secure and efficient use of information technology. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to align IT infrastructure with business needs and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Manage software upgrades, integrations, and system performance optimization.
• Establish and enforce IT security policies, risk management, and data protection measures.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
• Supervise and mentor IT team members, fostering skill development and productivity.
• Provide technical support and oversee helpdesk operations to resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to deliver IT solutions that support business processes.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and external service providers.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation and digital transformation.
• Continuously improve IT processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in IT management or senior IT roles.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection standards.
• Hands-on experience in IT project management, system upgrades, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
