IT Manager

As a Systems Administrator & IT Infrastructure Manager at Dream Game Studios, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective installation and configuration of systems hardware and software infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing IT networks to ensure seamless connectivity, conducting smooth operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, creating and managing data security and backup infrastructure, as well as evaluating and managing software/hardware products and vendor relationships. It will be your duty to monitor systems daily, respond to security/usability concerns, manage MacOS environments and JAMF MDM, maintain Windows Server environments, and oversee email systems for security and reliability. Your role also involves ensuring endpoint security across all devices, managing large server farms including cloud infrastructure, and creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Systems Administration & IT Infrastructure, possessing strong expertise in managing servers, networks, and overall IT architecture. Proficiency in Security & Endpoint Protection is essential, along with extensive experience in implementing cybersecurity measures and safeguarding systems from threats. Hands-on experience with OS & Cloud Management is required, including skills in managing MacOS, Windows servers, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong System Monitoring & Vendor Management Skills are a must, enabling you to proactively track performance issues and coordinate with vendors for IT solutions. Knowledge of Policy & Compliance Management is also crucial, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT policies, security protocols, and industry compliance standards.
